Clear pending images?

Hey guys! One of my members is having a problem I'm not familiar with. I've got a very active gallery ... here's a summary of the problem:

"Every time I upload something (no matter how big or small) I get the same error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 9600 bytes) in /(path-to)/gallery/image-inc.php on line 102"

"I've noticed that my upload page says : Images pending 4. Is there any way to clear those and start over? I mean, when I first tried it, maybe my file sizes were too big? I don't know, maybe it will work if that is cleared out."

I don't have any file size limits set, where should I start?

I think you should use file size limits, even a big limit, but at least some number there! Someone can cripple your server if they try to upload a stitched together photo as big as your house. It's a security hole you have there imo.

Doing a search on ini_set would pull up tons of information on your error

You need to give more memory to PHP if you using GD2 to process images

I understand, and sorry, I *do* have maximum pixel height & width set; I meant to say that I didn't put any restrictions on file size. Now that I'm poking through the ACP, I'm not seeing any place for that anyway ... all I see is "Maximum multimedia upload size in Kb", but I thought that was for other file types. Hmmm...

Well, I'm in a shared hosting environment - so I can only do so much, kwim? I wonder why this is happening for only ONE of my 270-something users?

One of my users is having the exact same problem, she also has8 mages in her queue - when I try process her queue nothing happens, it says it's completed but nothing gets processed.
I've logged in as her and I also get the error, when I log in as me, I can upload the same photo with no problems.
None of my other users are having this problem.
Any ideas?

Ok, I fixed her account by deleting all the images in the upload directory!
