Upload Template ... Table Size Error??

I am having a table size problem with my upload template only. I'm not sure how to correct?? I have the width set to 970px and all looks good except the Upload screen... tables appear off to the right.

I reloaded the uploadphoto.tmpl and all looks ok again.
