Fatal error?

Hello,

I have had Photopost on my site for a few years now, upgraded to the latest version in the last 6 months or so (with professional install service) and everything has been running great. Then all of the sudden yesterday afternoon it stops working and now all that displays is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_regcode() in /home/turnwood/public_html/Photopost/pp-inc.php on line 3024

Same error every time I try the page. Any thoughts/ideas? I don't have vast experience with php, so please help!

Chris

Has the forums subdirectory in your photopost directory or more importantly your integration file been deleted?

I would suggest reuploading the forums subdirectory from a backup

I'll check that...

Thanks Chuck, I'll check on that. I don't know which files those are but I imagine it's in the documentation somewhere. My have to see if my support membership is still active, I may need some help with this one. To answer your question though, unless the host did it on accident, I haven't deleted or changed anything.

That function is located inside your integration file so unless that file is corrupt or missing you would not be recieving that error.

integration off?

Does it matter that integration is selected as off? The Photopost app is running solo, so I am not sure why the integration file would have an effect...?
