Basics of zip uploads?

Sorry, I've tried to find the info for this using search but haven't found what I'm looking for. Feel free to just post a link if I just missed it.

My questions:

If I allow my users to use zip uploads, how do the files get unzipped and the photos placed in the specified category? Does Photopost do it automatically?

If the individual photos are larger than the max dimensions specified in the upload options, will Photopost still resize them before storing?

Sorry for asking such basic questions, but I'm new to much of this and just want to make sure I know what I'm getting into before I enable something.

If you allow zip uploads yes Photopost will upzip it but realize file uploads are still limited by your max php filesize allowed

Yes we resize the photos to the thresholds you set
