Question Importing via a backup?

Hello I just now currently getting my website up and running. But there a small problem the database was deleted from user that didn't know what they were doing. I have backup copy of the database and want to install it in PhotoPhost PHP the old gallery system was Coppermine. How would I import the old database into PhotoPost PHP Pro?
Thanks

Well if your trying to import coppermine to Photopost you need to restore your coppermine database your host will have more info on the specifics there but if you have cpanel or plesk you can use the sql manager in there to import a database backup. You must also have the old coppermine albums directory which has all there photo files. You can then use the coppermine import script which is located in the importers forum.
