Upload Database error

I have installed photopost and integrated the program with my current vB 3. I am using two different databases, and using the vB database for my users.

When I try to upload a photo in photopost, I get the following error:
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
and photopost gives me this error:
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Now I have checked the permissions and everything is set to 777 for the upload directory. The interesting part is when I check my email, I get a database error log:
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Now i have checked both settings for my vB database and my pp database and everything seems to be in order.

What am I missing? Thanks for your help!

Well you have two issues on seems to be a vbulletin issue aside from our product

The upload issue is easy on install you specify the correct server path to photopost and the data directory etc

I would ensure this path is in your config as well as it prefixing your uploads and data directory paths in global options and storage options in admin

E:/inetpub/vhosts/projectcircuit.com/httpdocs/photopost

You also need to ensure those data and uploads directories are set to 777 permissions which in windows is READ WRITE EXECUTE

Well i just tripple checked all my settings and i am highly confident that all the necessary information is correct as far as my path and global options is concerned. The photopost folder has also been given the necessary permissions, but i have contacted my host to make sure it is (still waiting a respons). You mentioned that it could be a vbulletin issue as well? Any idea what that could be Chuck?

Your path issue clearly show me the path is wrong and permissions may be too. It is trying to open the path

/photopost/uploads/7

whereas I show by your error it should be this

E:/inetpub/vhosts/projectcircuit.com/httpdocs/photopost/uploads

Quote:
Warning: fopen(/photopost/uploads/7/index.htm): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in E:\inetpub\vhosts\projectcircuit.com\httpdocs\photopost\pp-inc.php on line 2904
I am saying the other issue seems to be with a vb file it does not involve a photopost file

Everything is working fine, but i am still being e-mailed a DB error whenever someone posts:
