how do i remove title

You would need remove the $ptitle variable from your showphoto.tmpl

In Admin => Showphoto Options mark the option to display the title to NO.

That is because thats not the show photo page which is what you turned off. see it does not show on the page when viewing a photo.

Set in edit categories in admin for each category for the display to be thumbnails not gallery
