Transfert url gallery and ueser database

I use photopost at www.tartaportal.net. It uses the vbulletin users db of www.tartaportal.it. I have to install a new gallery copying the categories of www.tartaportal.net. They are so many! I cannot perform a backup of www.tartaportal.net because the user db is connected to www.tartaportal.it. Can you help me?

If you can not do backups there is no way to transfer things. If you want to use the data from one gallery on another you must install backups of the data directory and mysql database tables you wish to copy over to the new site and reset directory permissions

I can do a BK but the arcade of www.tartaportal.net not its the united states database while the new arcade should use it.
