Email Notify Administrator of new Uploads with Picture

How i can send the Administrator a Email with <img src=.....picture.jpg> Tag of new uploads?

I want to see the Picture in a HTML Email Notification, can this working? (not send the picture in the email but the Picture Link show as an HTML mail)

Hello the email of new photos and comments to admin are links to the actual photos etc themselves there is no photo contained. You can turn on notification to admin in admin => admin options
