FTP upload for moderators

Hello,

how can I allow the moderators to upload photos using FTP without giving them a full admin access to the control panel?

is there any possible way to do it?

Easy just make then their very own special ftp account to your server that each goes to there specific userid under the uploads directory

nice, but their is a problem,
how can they pull up their pictures from the server after uploading by FTP?

pulling pictures from the same server is not allowed unless the user is an admin! So,how can I add this feautre for the normal users or at least to the moderators?

Yes it is they check the box to skip upload on your upload page
