Set width gallery

How do I set the width 800pixel of my gallery using the defoult.css Stylesheet?

My gallery is www.tartaportal.net

You set the width in your Admin => Layout Options or you surround your site with a fixed width table in the header and footer of the site

I set 90% but the navbar is longer... why?

If you want to use the sidebar then you need to wrap the program in a table by setting the width to 100% in layout options and then in your header at the bottom place a table container like so

Sorry that is a very easy explanation and I dont know how to explain that better than it is. I have provided concrete examples above.

Maybe if you translate it to your language with an online translator you can understand better?
