What is that? Certainly not something I see on a normal site so maybe something with your style. In that case you might want to place a true url to your site here so people might be able to assist.

I added that line in photoshop just to show you what area I wanted to edit.

Your using vbulletin so you need to add a sidebar in vb header and close it in the vb footer
