Few users unable to see the upload button

I have a few users reporting that when they are logged into the forums (Vbulletin) and click on the "photos" link in the toolbar it asks for them to log in. They attempt to do this but it will not let them see the categories or photos. Is this a permission issue or an individual cookie setting or worse? I have over 1000 users now in the vBulletin system and so far only have a handfull of users who are reporting this. Just wondering...

I would suspect cookies. I suggest you make sure both vb and photopost are set like this

cookie path /

cookie prefix bb

cookie domain .domain.com

The cookies are set exactly like that in the Photo Post and "/" and ".domain.com" (my domain of course) in vB.

I will ask the users to log out and clear all the cookies set on their machines. They indicated they did this but I will ask again.

Yeah as long as they are allowing cookies in there browser and cookies are set like this they should be fine. Of course as long as your forum and gallery are installed on one domain.
