Click menu item "Admin", "Manage Albums". A page titled "Personal Album Manager" is displayed with options to edit each and every album in the database.
I host ~1,500 albums. Multiply that by ~3kb thumbs and you see that I have to download ~4.5mb just so I can pick the album I want to manage. With my local internet connection, which is faster than dial-up, that takes a few minutes and so is very time consuming.
IMHO, it would be much better to have them listed in alphabetical order or sorted by owner, alphabetically so they would be easier to find and quicker to load.
Please tell me if there is a setting for this. [ Optimum would be a box where one could type in the name of the album he wanted to edit to display only that album. ]
If it were required to "hack the code" to accomplish it. I am not a coder so that would be impossible for me without outside assistance.
Question 1. If it would take a hack, would you point me to the code and tell me where to put it? Or, put me in touch with someone who would help me with that?
Question 2. If done, what would be the ramifications of applying upgrades to the script as they become available?
Thanks
