Error code: 11

Is there a reference somewhere for error codes so we can look them up? You did the install for me for the software and everything has been smooth sailing (thanks!) but today someone got this error when trying to upload a photo:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 11

Command:

I have never heard of an error code 11 ever. HMM

Does upload work if you use gd2 as the processor? If so try removing this twice in image-inc.php and try using imagemagick as the processor again and see if it works

I figured it out. She told me all her specs and everything was fine with her "jpg" so I asked her to email me the photo....it came to me as a text document. Not sure why it's saved as a jpg on her end and switches over but she's using the Cannon software to edit her photo. I told her to use a different program and now everything is fine.

Just gotta say I freakin love my gallery....and so does everyone else!
