Watermarking issues

Hi

I have issues with the watermarking... I have the watermark and overlay both set to yes and they come up fine within the galleries (sometimes the overlay can look a little weird cause it does not cover the watermark fully but thats not my biggest concern)

When you click on the direct link, there is no watermark on the photo whatsoever. I have had to disable allowing users to see the direct link to overcome this problem, which is not the ideal solution.

If your using an overlay and you access the file directory of course there is not a watermark on that photo cause you are overlaying a watermark not permanently watermarking a photo

Turning off the direct link is the ideal solution in that case.

If you want to use permanent watermarking then you can turn off on the fly watermarking and turn on permanent watermarking

But watermarking is set to YES (is that not the permanent watermarking you talking about?)

Overlay is also set to YES (should this be NO?).

Turn overlay to off and in Admin => Edit Categories place a checkmark in the checkboxes under watermarking permissions who gets their images stamped
