New upload quote starting at midnight ?

Sorry if my question have been asked before.

I want to set a quote of photos can upload each day - so far so good.......
But is there a way to reset the quote, let´s say each day at midnight, so a new upload quote is starting at midnight (Or another time at the day) ??

Maybe modify your uploadphoto.php program as followed making sure the uplimit code is as below. This is untested and unsupported so it will not be discussed here since this falls outside product support use at your own risk
