.mov Fill Screen inline?

I changed the dimension of the inline video player screen for Quicktime to 720x480. However, the .mov video files do not stretch to fill the 720x480 inline player window. How do I fix this? I don't have this problem with .flv or .wmv files.
Thank!

Not most. my users have all sorts of .mov sizes such as 16:9 ratio in 848x480 or 4:3 ratio in 640x480, 320x240 and others sizes too. The .mov video files will play inline at the original file size/ratio. As you can see, this makes for a really bad viewing experience for my users. Especially, for larger resolution videos where only the center portion of the video can be view. The outter edge of the high res video that is out of range in the inline window is cut off.
Can you please show me a way to make all .mov videos auto fit/stretch to the inline window? PLEASE!
Thanks

Have you done a search on the proper support site most notably apple.com on their quicktime embed and asked this?

Only thing I can tell you is to change the sizes within this code to what you want

Code:
