Photo Block on vbPortal

I am trying to get the inc_feature template to display on the main page of my website, http://www.archeryboard.com/modules.php?name=Jig
The inc_features is set to random.
Right now it only displays the title of the block which is Photo Block with no images underneath.
I have only uploaded 4 images to the gallery using my admin username. I created one top level category and put 2 images in there and used the category A and put 2 images in there. http://www.archeryboard.com/gallery/
I noticed that in the folder / public_html / gallery / data / that there are no actual photos in that folder. They are all in folders underneath that one.
Could this have anything to do with it? If not, what other things coud it be?

I have tried deleting all the photos and uploading them again. When I use my admin userid and upload photos to a category in Main, the same picture shows up in my member gallery.
I was trying to just put them in a main category because I have read that some settings will not pick up pictures from members galleries.
Is it suppose to happen that these pictures appear in both galleries?

Our block is not written for vbportal

You can check out vbportal blocks that are compatible with their product on there site

OK then, I will check over there.
In the meantime, when I upload a picture into a main category is it suppose to also go into the members gallery? Is there a way to only upload something to a main category without it appearing in a members gallery?

Yes in the showgallery options change the box from yes to NO where it says

Do you want Members Gallery to show all of a users photos?
