skin forum in 2° server

In that manner I can copy a skin of a forum vbulletin in photophost gallery if the forum resides in a 2° server and shares alone the users?

I am not sure what your asking here

If you install Photopost with vb3 integration you can load the vbulletin users style but I beleive your installing them on separate servers right so in that regard your not using the vb styles
