Problem with display comments.

I know it is probably something I did, but comments are not being displayed on some ads.

Here is one that didn't, I tested it:

Here is one where they are:

recent comments can be seen near the bottom of the page here:
http://www.teambuick.com/classifieds/

It seems that it is a catagory problem. I also notice in the problem page there is a stray > in the left column. Any suggestions where I should look for the problem?

I now notice that the stray> is only in the top two ads in this catagory:

I must be blind I dont see any stray > but your right its cat 3 so what type of ad template is this.
