Problems adding random photos to vbulletin forums

I have my photopost installed and working, along with vbulletin. They use the same database and seem to have integrated the styles well, but I'm having trouble adding in random photos to the top.

I'm usng the steps outlined here:

But I don't know what "Adding a CMPS Module" means... it sounds like some kind of plugin to add to vbulletin through the admin???

I followed the direction he gives up until that point.

You would have to look in the mod forum. I do not use that product and am not sure if there is one or not. Do a search in the mod forums for cmps
