I want to give some "members" 1MB of photo uploading space and some 2MB and 5MB uploading space. How can I go about it. If it is by creating NEW usergroups, how can I create NEW usergroups.
Yes this involved using additional usergroups. The answer all depends on what your install is standalone or forum integrated.
If its standalone you go to admin => edit usergroups and add a new usergroup set permissions accordingly and of course edit your users and put them in the new usergroups
If it is forum integrated you do the same thing only in your forum. You add new usergroups alter your users to the new usergroups and then in Photopost admin => edit usergroups hit refresh usergroups to import in the forum usergroups and set permissions accordingly
