Rebuild a thumbnail

Hello,

A user has uploaded an image, yet no thumbnail is built for it. As admin, I tried to rebuild the thumbnail, yet it doesn't work.

You can see the image at http://www.animeonline.net/gallery/s...4927&nocache=1. The top image should be a thumbnail but it is not working.

Any ideas? Thank you.

What processor are you using. it simply looks to me like it is having issues trying to build an ANIMATED PNG
