I love the product but this automated email from what i've heard has been messed up for awhile.
Chuck or someone, could you please email me at
enigmarokker@comcast.net with the unbranding instructions? I live right near where you guys work and I tried calling only to get "dont worry customer services will send it to you with your payment confirm" and now after my payment and brand free has been confirmed it's probly too late for me to get this done today because you guys all left work?
