Check here to resync photo/comments usernames/update comments counts. Error!

When I run the command "Check here to resync photo/comments usernames/update comments counts.", it stops midway incase the category has large number of images, I think between 3000-3500

The first/last few lines are:

Checking photo #6322: done.
Checking photo #6323: done.
......
.......
Checking photo #9416: done.
Checking photo #9417:

and then the page stops loading.

Any guesses why?

Possibly your PHP is timing out. You could try this edit
