pearl issues

ots of perl scripts , how can i prevent a lot of access to this? or , what pearl scripts are being created by create.cgi that are causing this and is there a way to prevent access to this ?

Our application is PHP and we have nothing to do with perl scripting so you need to look elsewhere on this issue sorry
