Limit photos per category

I run some contests on my site and create a new category for each new contest. I would like to limit the number of photos a user can post to these categories, without affecting any other limits. Meaning, only 2 photos per user, per contest. Is this possible?

Hello the upload limit is a per day limit and the category max photos limit is max photos in the category so no this is not something you can do.
