Mozilla Firefox issue

Hi,

I have a firefox issue: with my Photopost gallery it is possible to do drag and drop with all pictures and copy them in the computer.

My gallery users are unhappy with this, so I don´t know why it happens.

This fact only happens with Mozilla, not with Explorer.

I have in my vbulletin header the next tag: <meta http-equiv="imagetoolbar" content="no"> but I see that is not enough.

Do you know the solution for this issue??

Regards.

Mozilla does not have an image tool bar.

My suggestion of course would be to under Admin => Image Protection => Options would be to turn on these options

Use Anti-leeching code?
Use Right-Click Disable JavaScript to try and prevent right-clicking images

Enable on-the-fly image protection?
This option uses the watermark.php script to serve images

Thanks.

I have made the changes and for me is ok (I preffer other systems which do no permit to drag and drop on the images, anyway). So, a user of my gallery told me that he can do drag and drop on the images; the image name is called watermark-X and there is a full photo inside

If I do drag and drop on an image, my watermark-x.jpg is empty but the watermark's user is full (with the original photo from the gallery).

I have changed the original path data too.

Is it possible that my user can do drag and drop still??

The browser user is firefox on Mac.

Thanks in advance.

José Luis.

If your getting an empty image to me it seems to work fine then. I do not know what this user is doing but there are always ways around image protection because images are always loaded to a users computer in there cache although most people do not know this. If your using the watermark overlay they should only be able to get the watermark image

:( ...sorry, but I have been doing tests and there are times that the image protection runs and there are other times that the image protection doesn't runs.

The last test was done with Explorer (doing drag and drop).

I don't understand it. My cookies are cleaned....

My admin configuration is:

Use Anti-leeching code? yes
Enable on-the-fly image protection yes
When using on-the-fly image generation, do you want to overlay the watermark image? yes
Full server path to watermark overlay image.: xxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/xxxx/yyy.png

Thanks.

I'am not doing a accusation to anyone. I only have a problem with Photopost PRO and I only hope your help, if it's possible of course.

So I'll start again: I have two kinds of galleries in my site (4images and Photopost PRO). With the first one (4images) is not possible to use right mouse click and is not possible to do drag and drop with the images. With the Photopost PRO is not possible to use right mouse click, but I think that is possible to do drag and drop with images.

My cuestion is if are there some solution to prevent to do drag and drop with Photopost PRO, or if in the future will be a Photopost upgrade to prevent it.

If you want, you can test it at my site.

Thanks.

Conde.

Accusation is a valid english term in the respect you are saying it does not work.

Now your not giving me any examples here so there is not much I can respond to is what I have been saying all along. Where are your examples of such said behavior. I take a photo and try and drag and drop I get an EMPTY IMAGE called watermark in mozilla

Chuck,

find here two examples:

http://www.elornitologo.com/galeria/...t&limit=recent

and

http://www.elornitologo.com/galeria/...6&limit=recent

The strange case is that now I can do drag and drop with Explorer (v7), but no with Mozilla..., so I have others photos in my gallery wich is not possible do drag and drop with Explorer....

I reach the next conclusion...maybe is possible to do drag an drop with images wich have not medium size...

Thanks in advance.
