Unable to upload images

After a photopost installation (integration with vBulletin 3.6.4) I am able to go to PhotoPost gallery and when logged in as "Mercy" (one of the vBulletin member) it shows "Welcome Mercy" but with NO Icon or text for allowing the member "Mercy" to upload her images.

Even when I logged in as Admin. No matter it show a text on the top right saying "Upload Photos" but when tried it gives the following message ...

Sorry, you don't have permission to upload photos.

I have even checked the Admin. "All Options"

which clearly says:

Allow users to upload photos? Yes

In Admin => Edit Usergroups is where you set permissions for users to upload comment etc.
