Couple things to try

1. Make sure permissions are set on your data and uploads directories at every level to 777 permissions.

2. See if your host or ask your host if they have specific permissions regarding file uploads. Like some hosts require you to have a tmp directory in your webroot.

From what I see your server's PHP drops the file upload so nothing is ever uploaded to your server.

In your server control panel check the error log to see if it gives an error there.

I know when I went over the max upload limit in the php.ini it would do the same but it would show the error in the server error log.
