Internal Server Error

Hi, for some reason if I login to photophost admin and run scan database, I got this message:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, cgiadmin@yourhostingaccount.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle

Everything seem to work fine and it updated all thumbnail and rebuild images. Any other suggestion that could be the CGI issue? I contact my hosting they say CGI is already installed. So I'm not sure if this normal.Any info would be appreciated. Thank!

Tim

yeah looks to me like a memory or timeout error as in your PHP shut down. Usually you can try upping those values with overrides like this in adm-misc.php

Code:

Chuck, I'm confuse I was to see this line:

define( 'THIS_SCRIPT', "admmisc" ); and ini_set("max_execution_time", 0); but can't find this line ini_set("memory_limit", "40M"); Do you want to add this line somewhere?

What do you mean by upping those value?

You add those lines to the file noted to give PHP more memory you can also try rebuilding thumbnails etc from only one or couple cats at a time instead of all of them
