How do I make a Login Option show up?

I want a Login Option to show up rather than Register or in addition to it for users that are not logged in. See here:

Where is your site? I see a header and that is it. Looks to me like you have corrupted the install. Try reuploading all the files for the gallery again except your config files and see if the site displays and then lets go from there and please explain in more detail what you mean by you want a login option
