Can't assign album to subcategory

Hi,
I have PhotoPost 5.62 and am having trouble assigning an album to a subcategory. I have checked to make sure that in Admin > Edit Usergroups > Assign Albums to Cats? is set to yes. So then I go into Admin > Manage Albums > Edit > Assign as a subcategory? and choose one of the dropdown selections and then click on Save Changes. Then I go back to the Main page and look for the album in the category, but it doesn't show up. So I go back into Admin > Manage Albums > Edit > Assign as a subcategory? but it shows "Not Assigned" instead of the category that I choose. Now when I go back to the main page the album doesn't even exist under the Member Galleries. Am I doing something wrong or is there some setting in the Admin section that I am missing?

Was this an upgrade? if so I would suggest reuploading all the files.

Please post a url here and a test regular user login and make sure that user has album create permissions

No this wasn't an upgrade. Brand new install.

You can email us at support@photopost.com with the admin login and ftp information so we can do some testing. This is not something we can replicate. I have verified yours does not work but tested this on over 5 installs and it works fine so we need to see yours.
