Meta Tags and Description

How do i create meta tags and description on the gallery index ? i only want to display it on the gallery index and thats it

You load header headtags and footer files with the html you wish to load by loading them in global options by the server path to those relative files

so it seems photopost lacks the capability of being able to set the meta tags and description for the index home page only. Is this correct ? it must be set globally for all pages ?

Not entirely no.

You can define a global header and then also define category headers and footers which will be shown instead of the global one for your categories
