Avatar and E-mail

Where is the setting for "send a private message to a person" or E-mail, it does not show up anywhere.
And where is the setting for uploading an avatar.

Photopost is not a forum and as such does not have these features that are associated with forum based community software.

I have a forum phpBB, is it difficult to associate with the gallery? something you do??

We do not putt avatars from all forums and avatars are not pulled from PHPBB forum
