How do I add a logo to the header...

How do I add a logo to the header that will display on all pages?

I tried creating a htm file and going into Global Options and putting the path to the image there. The logo will only show on the index page. All other pages it shows nothing but a box where the image should be.

Short on uploading the logo to each different catgories folder, is there a better way to get it to work? How does everyone else create their headers with images?

Make sure to use a full url in your html and not a relative path if your using spider urls to on.
