You about 6 hours in front of us your post shows 953pm

You should be okay if they turn off safe mode but then again they are also preventing you from changing the php variables through overrides so hopefully they lift this as well

You can also try clearing your uploads directory of all directories and files

I got the answer today.
They told my that there where no way to set the memory limit up, not even if I pay more !

I've had a few users complaining of photos not uploading too, so I've also made this code change.

But which line in the Admin > Show PHP Info section shows the current allocated memory? (so I can check that the change has happened).

I've just added the extra line to pp-inc.php and uploaded it over the current version on the server. Do I have to restart Apache, or should it just work straightaway?

Just checked my .htaccess file, and it has the following entry:
php_value memory_limit 32M
Does the setting in .htaccess over-ride everything else?
