Restore a Database?

I'm quite new to PhotoPost, (and SQL for that matter)
My Question is... How do you restore a database in PhotoPost?
(Step by Step Instructions would be apprecieated)

Do you have a backup; if so, what format is it in?

You can get accurate info on something generic like this from Google; restoring a PhotoPost database from an SQL file is no different from any other restore.
