PhotoPost Features setup problem

I configured my, inc_features.php and inc_photopost.php to work with my forum, edited the index.php in my forum directory, and edited the FORUMHOME template. Now it's spewing code all over the place above my forum

PHP 5.1.6
MySql 4.0.25
VBulletin 3.6.3

I was sure I read somewhre that this was a suported mod.. am I asking in the wrong section or something?
