Unable to move file | error

It's just a 32kb .jpg.

When I upload it it works perfectly fine, when a normal forum registered user tries it gives him the error:

Unable to move file [/tmp/phpes7Zm7] [/home/httpd/vhosts/weedspeak.com/httpdocs/forums/media/uploads/224/bong.jpg]

What's wrong now?

his upload dir is set to 777...

weird I can upload a file and so can another user but this guy keeps getting this error...
