Extract Photo's

I am trying to extract all photo's submitted in 2006 to burn to a DVD. 1st are files stored in the database by default? If so how can I extract the photo's I need in a bulk fashion....if this is possible.

I would not beleive based on what you are trying to do say there is anything in our program that would assist you in this. You can display photos in date descending but there is no extraction process built in.

I guess I'm basically wondering, if they are stuck in a database, is there any way for me to retrieve them to their individual files? I checked the data directory and the uploads directory and there are a bunch of folders, but nothing in them or simply index files which I assume point to the database. Is there no other way to save a file then to right click the image and save picture?

They are in the data directory somewhere and not stored in a database i.e right click on a image and it will show you where it is located. You could write a simple script to select all images from a period and output them as links and use a download manager of some type to download all image links on that page.
