my photopost is not showing my picture color correctly and i can see the photos in enlarge view it shows up in thumbnail view, the worst is i can't even put in a support ticket since each time ti try i get an error and it says contact us, which i do and no one is doing anything about it. I need help as of now i am looking into refund policy, because this is not working out. Photpost staff knows me because this would be one of my many post to get this matter fix, help get my ticket system working and please get me the help i need to this software is going to be out of my site tonight. Not happy anymore

If you would like assistance please give information like test login and url to your site as no one can assist you if you do not provide the information needed

You need to provide explicit examples of what you think is wrong as to my knowledge the past week I remember one support ticket in our helpdesk about someone saying colors not right and I clearly linked the urls gallery in my reply and said everything looked fine to me and if it was not fine then please provide example. To date there was no reply to that email so it may be a different person than you.
