Unhappy UBB Integration Broken

After upgrading UBB and PhotoPost, I have several users who can't see the Upload Photos link in PhotoPost. I've had them use the UBB cookies.php page to remove their cookies and login with the "Remember Me" option, but they still can't upload via PhotoPost. I'm using UBB.threads 6.5.4 and PhotoPost 5.61 with PHP 4.3.10 and MySQL 5.0.24a.

UBB Cookie Path: /
UBB Custom Cookie Prefix: rea
UBB Cookie Expiration Time: 30758400

How about your cookie domain for ubbthreads?

You can also post a test user login here for us to try. We are unaware of any issues

I don't know if there's a way to specify the cookie domain in UBB. When I login to UBB, it sets "reaw3t_myid" and "reaw3t_mysess" cookies for the ".realtree.com" domain. If I log in with the "Remember Me" box checked, a "reaw3t_key" cookie is also set.

PhotoPost only recognizes me if I login to UBB with "Remember Me" checked.

Test Username: cdavis
Test Password: testing

Correct cause you need to create a cookie for PHOTOPOST. If you do not click remember me I beleive it uses a session to cookie you into the forum and photopost works with cookies not sessions

However you have other issues. Did you change databases or something? Cause I try to login with the credentials you sent me in photopost and it says invalid login meaning it can not find the user.

First thing to do is to make sure you upgraded all your photopost files by reuploading everything except the config files

Wow! I feel like a total bonehead...

I moved my UBB and PhotoPost databases to a new server, but PhotoPost was still using the User Database on the old server. Duh!
