I question about "views" and "Recent"

How are the total views in stats calculated. I see 62,000 in the main cat, and 65,000 in the sub category.

I also notice my "recent photo's" doesn't update quickly, how can I make it update instantly. We have a very powerful server and really aren't making good use of it so things like this would be fine.

Also my members were wondering if I could add something that told them what percentage their file was uploading at, can this be done?

And one more thing, what file can I edit below the "Media Details" area, I need to clean that up it looks too bunched together.

Thanks!

Stats are global, not category specific; the stats themselves may be cached if you have caching enabled.

No, there is no code we can add for percentages of file uploaded as PHP doesn't get executed until the file has been received by the server.

showphoto.tmpl is the template I believe you are looking for.
