Hyperlinks in Additional fields.

Hi,

My new website has just gone live and I am using 2 Photopost licenses for 2 different areas of the website. One of the photopost installations takes advantage of extra text fields and also additional fields.

One issue I do have is that I am using BBcode to not only support external hyperlinks to other websites, but also to support internal hyperlinks, for other areas of the website. Problem is when a hyperlink is clicked on in a field it opens the page to a new window. I was wondering if there was a way that I could modify the php code so that the links in specific additional fields would not open to a new window, but would load the page into the existing window. For example, if I had an additional field which I knew would only hold internal hyperlinks, then could the code be modified to stop opening the link to a new window.

The bbcode links I beleive are normal links so they do not any sort of target tag so check your browser setup to make pages replace the current not open a new window

Hi Chuck,

I've just taken a look at the bbcode that gets generated for the showphoto and it does add some target code:

Heres a snippet:

The target="_blank" is being added - so if I could either stop the target code from being added or change it to _top etc. it should avoid the problem.

Problem is, I'm not sure where this code is in photopost, I've had a look in the php, but I can't see it - could you point me to the file which adds this.
