VB integration style problems

All looks completely fine and as it should, however if you go into a category or view a picture the style all falls apart, heder missing etc...

Any ideas why this is happening?

Your using relative image links in your vbulletin style and header template. You need to correct those in your vb styles admin to full url and you should be fine.

The other option is to turn off spider urls in photopost global options
