I'm glad you help Chuck. You've helped me so many times before and that is appreciated.
That user does show now on the list. But, my problem right now is loads of messages telling me Table 'xxxxxx_ri.searchids' doesn't exist and as we discussed above, I am using seperate databases (I think) for VB and PP.
It's all very confusing to me and I am not sure where to go from here to remedy the issue.
Again, thank you for helping me.

The error tells me you have not ran the upgrade. Thats what I see
Thus backup here tell me what changes you have made. There has to be something that might hint at your issue that is not covered here.
Look in your database via phpmyadmin. You can always create the table or run the queries in the upgrade manually'
You can email me if you need assistance

Chuck,
I haven't made any changes (if you mean to the programming). I have only customized the colors, etc. Or, are we talking apples and oranges here?
When the software is updated, I just download and upgrade. I'm not sure where this process has gone wrong.
I "re-upgraded" at your suggestions, but I am not sure what, if anything, I did wrong.
As far as looking in phpadmin or making changes there, I have looked at phpadmin before but you would have to give me step-by-step instructions because that would be wading into new waters for me.

Okay so what have you done at this point on what I said.
You redownloaded the build?
You reuploaded all the files except config files?
You reran upgrades for 5.5 and 5.6?
The searchids table is created by our upgrade script. Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

Chuck,
Is this related...
The upgrade.php script that I have in 5.62 shows "Upgrade 5.6 to 5.61" and not an upgrade to 5.63.
Is this right or part of the problem?

No thats fine as stated make sure to redownload the build and upload all the files except the config files and run the upgrades noted. Your issue will not be resolved till you do so.

Chuck,
Did this: PhotoPost Upgrade
Preparing to update database...
Upgrade complete! To prevent users from modifying your PhotoPost database settings, please be sure to delete the upgrade.php file from your PhotoPost directory before continuing.
When I search, I get this: Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/*****/public_html/*****/search.php on line 281 (*** for anonymity purposes)
Then, I get this e-mail: An error was encountered during execution of the query:
DELETE FROM searchids WHERE date < 1167664718
The query returned with an errorcode of:
Table '***_ri.searchids' doesn't exist
Do you offer paid support? I've been off for a number of days now.

Well are you running both upgrades? Is your Photopost tables have no table prefix? Clearly the error says the table does not exist. We do offer install service that fixes broken sites although I think an upgrade would do you.

But Chuck, I don't understand. I am so confused!
I think I have done all the updates one at a time as you issued them. Every time I see in the control panel that a new version is out, I do the upgrade.
I don't believe I ever missed one!
Am I so dense that I do not understand your words or what is going on? We keep saying the same words but I am missing your point.
I will pay you to fix this unless you can find the right words to get through my numb old head what's wrong. |

Your telling me the error says searchids table does not exist. Given that response I can only say the table does not exist and you need to run the upgrade. I am sorry I do not know how to say that any other way
Have you redownloaded the build and done as I have said a few times here in my posts?
You can also try in phpmyadmin creating the table I posted above User does not show up on member galleries |

Chuck,
I downloaded today from the members area the latest version and did the whole thing again. Before that, I am sure I had done all the others.
What (in as simple of terms as possible) may I do to resolve this problem?
