Member's Gallery to view only one members pics - Page 3

mjm, our users thought the same way and complained about it. You can fix that by adding the ppuserid parameter to the showphoto.php links if you're currently browsing in cat 500. Don't know if you already did that, but it's an easy mod.

Short instructions:

In showgallery.php are several calls to construct_ppurl() containing "showphoto.php" in the first parameter. Add $cat as an additional parameter. I counted 8 occurrences.

In pp.inc.php, change the function get_thumbl(). See inline comments what I did:

Many thanks Astaran! And kudos to Carole for figuring out how to do it.
Finally this has resolved the issue of a users pics in Members Gallery leading on to others pics, and now I have some good news for our complaining members.
I'm glad to see that the 'More' link in the MG format also correctly works - going only to a members own pics!

The More link now correctly leads to only a members own pics in Members Gallery format if this mod provided by Astaran is applied, which also resolves issues related to: Pics uploaded to MG leads on to others pics

I have made the correction.

The other issue "related" that we have not been able to resolve is when we view a category and do "group by member" (the "photos" link works fine) but the more link goes one to other people's pictures.

Have you noticed that?

You may be interested in the Group by Member/Category sort fix provided in the above post that prevents other users pics from showing up in filmstrip/Next/Prev viewing.
