Upload Music, Vidoes or SWF on the message board?

Could someone please walk me through the process of uploading music, a video and a SWF so that they can be used on the message board?

I dont think your messageboard is going to be able to play video like Photopost can. Your users can always upload a video to Photopost and then say link the url to the video on their forum post so users can click it and come to photopost to view it. Forums do not play video that I see. You can only link inline photos.
